Business man arraigned before court over production, sales of fake Moet
The 43-year-old businessman, Julian Madu, pleaded guilty to a three-count charge of distributing and selling fake Moet wine.
News reports have revealed that a
businessman based in Lagos has reportedly been arrested and charged
before the court over allegations of producing and selling fake Moet.

The 43-year-old businessman, Julian Madu, pleaded guilty to a three-count charge of distributing and selling fake Moet wine.
Madu was arraigned before a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos State, with Justice Abdulazeez Anka, as the presiding Judge.
The
prosecutor had reportedly revealed to the court that Madu had been
arrested at his residence on March 16, 2015, where he had been caught
engaging in the production.
Madu
who lives at 18, Offin Road, Oke-Arin, Lagos, was charged before the
court by the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and
Control (NAFDAC).
